These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the company Liquid Stuff (hereinafter the "Seller") and of any adult consumer wishing to acquire the Products offered for sale by the Seller (hereinafter the "Customer"), whether these are products purchased via the Site or by telephone. These GTC govern their contractual relationship and can be viewed on the dedicated website: https://www.distillerieceres.com (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 1. THE SELLER

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of Products offered by the company Liquid Stuff, a company specializing in the sale of spirits, with its registered office located at 11 rue Georges Charpak, 63960 Veyre-Monton, registered with the RCS, contactable at 09 86 79 15 25.

Article 2. FIELD OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions, together with the invoices, constitute the contractual documents binding on the Parties. They specify the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and return management. They are available on the Website and must be accepted by the Customer when placing the Order. Validation of an Order implies unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions by the Customer. Liquid Stuff reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

Article 3. PRODUCTS OFFERED

3.1. Products

Liquid Stuff offers alcoholic beverages for sale, handcrafted in the Auvergne region. Key specifications are available on the website. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3.2. Unavailability

In case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed. In case of temporary stock shortage, shipment may be delayed. If the product is permanently unavailable, a refund or an alternative will be offered.

Article 4. PRICE

4.1. Rates

Prices are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. Taxes may apply outside the EU. Liquid Stuff reserves the right to change prices.

4.2. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, etc.) securely (SSL). The debit is immediate. In the event of an error or non-payment, the order may be suspended.

Article 5. ORDER

5.1. Process

The Customer must create an account, fill in their information, add the products to the basket, choose delivery and confirm their order.

5.2. Conditions

The Customer certifies that they are of legal age. Liquid Stuff declines all responsibility for any incorrect information.

5.3. Refus

Liquid Stuff may refuse an order in the event of an anomaly or suspicion of fraud.

Article 6. DELIVERY

6.1. Deadlines

Products are delivered via carriers in France and internationally. Delivery times are approximate.

6.2. Delays

Liquid Stuff will notify the Customer of any delays. If the order is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

6.3. Delivery problems

In the event of an error in the address or non-receipt, the Customer assumes the risks.

6.4. Complaints

Any anomaly must be reported within 48 hours to: contact@distillerieceres.com . In the event of a damaged product, a return may be requested.

Article 7. WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has 14 days to cancel the purchase from the date of receipt. The Customer must return the product at their own expense and in perfect condition. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt.

Article 8. RESOLUTION OF THE SALE

Liquid Stuff may cancel an order in the event of a breach by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions. The Customer may request the cancellation of the sale in the cases mentioned in Articles 6.4 and 7.

The products comply with French legislation.

9.2. The Client

The Customer declares to be of legal age, to provide accurate information, and not to resell the products.

Article 10. LIABILITY

Liability is limited to the amount of the order. Liquid Stuff is not responsible for improper storage or use of the product.

10.2. Internet

The Site may be temporarily unavailable.

10.3. Force majeure

Liquid Stuff cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable event (strike, epidemic, etc.).

10.4. Client

The Customer is responsible for the use of the Products and the data provided.
